Once we have processed and packed your order, and Royal Mail have accepted your parcel, they aim to deliver the next working day.

Once we have processed and packed your order, and Royal Mail have accepted your parcel, they aim to deliver within 2-3 working days.

Free Local Delivery - Leamington Spa (6km from our location)

Once we have processed and packed your order, we will aim to deliver within 1-2 working days.

Royal Mail 2nd Class (Not Tracked)

Once we have processed and packed your order, and royal mail have accepted your parcel, they aim to deliver 2-3 working days later.

return and refunds

Our return and refund policy lasts 30 days. unfortunately, If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging, unused and in the same condition that you received it.

It is the customers responsibility to provide us with correct information. If any incorrect information is provided then we can still offer a refund but only once we receive the returned order.

there are several types of goods that are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  •  Gift cards

  •  Downloadable software products

  •  Some health and personal care items.

We will require proof of purchase to complete your return. 

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

only partial refunds will be considered in certain situations: (if applicable)

  •  Dog toys with obvious signs of use

  •  Dog food or Treats that have been opened.

  •  Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  •  Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

When we have received your return and inspected it, we will email a notification to confirm receipt.  we will also notify you if your refund has been approved or rejected.

If your refund has been approved, we will process this and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded, Only regular priced items will be considered for a refund.

Exchanges (if applicable)

only defective or damaged items will be replaced.  If you require an exchange for the same item, please send your item to: (address) and email the details to buddy@happybuddys.com.

Shipping

items needing to be returned, are required to be sent back to the address on the delivery label.

customers are responsible for paying for their own shipping costs when returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. if you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £20, you should consider using a trackable shipping (next day) service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
